ND Civils & Groundworks Ltd are an experienced Civil Engineering company. We are a family owned business, run by Managing Director Neil Roskell & Director Dawn Roskell. Together amounting to over 30 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering & Groundworks sector.

With experience ranging from: Groundworks packages for large retail outlets, large road and sewage works, industrial distribution centre substructures to education and health service projects. ND Civils can achieve the results you want, no matter how large the job. We have completed projects upwards of £2,000,000 with our clients being thrilled with the end results.

Bentham

We were awarded the full groundowrks package for a new primary school in Bentham, North Yorkshire. This includes highways & all sub structure & external works.

USAR

The new USAR - Urban Search And Rescue.unit for the Fire Brigade training College at Chorley, we were awarded the groundworks package, including the re-widening of the existing highway.

Largs, Sports Scotland

This contract was for a new 3500 square metre Membrane Building. This building was to hold 2 internal football pitches for training up and coming athletes.

Hesketh House

Hesketh House is an NHS National Pensions Office. The main contractor we worked with for this project was Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. to complete the Full External Works Package.
