1 Sports Pavillion - Essex

Project involved the following:

1. Site preparation.
2. Site strip and formation.
3. Ground beam construction (to +/- 3mm) zero tolerance bolt boxes.
4. Slab pour 2300m2 (to +/- 3mm).
5. Surface and foul drainage with attenuation.

2 Hardstandings, External Works and Retaining Wall - Lancs

This project involved providing the following for a factory unit.

1. Reduced level dig and concrete turning circle with loading bays.
2. Retaining wall construction.
3. Surface water drainage and attenuation.
4. Kerbing and preparation for macadam surfacing.

3 Car Park Construction, Manchester - Lancs

Phase 1 of this project was to provide a site strip of vegetation and small bushes in preparation for a 205 space car park. Phase 2 to be commenced October 2011 is to provide hardstanding, kerbing, landscaping and security fencing.

4 Caravan Park in Todber, near Gisburn, Yorkshire.

Here we cut into the hillside and put in new roads, bases and service systems and landscaped for the main contractor.

5 Hardstandings to listed building - Lancs

Project involved site strip and various hardstanding finishes.

3. York stone flagging
4. Path Edgings and channel drainage

6. Groundworks package - Sports Centre -Lancs

Groundworks package for Sports Centre - Lancaster.

1. Deep manhole renewal 3.8m into 1050mm culvert.
2. Retaining wall formwork,Rebar and pour 2.0m high.
3. Ground beam constuction.
